Lengthen your body, stretch your muscles, and get your energy flowing to the instrumental versions of timeless and well known songs. This class is where asana (poses) meet dance but don’t worry you don’t need to know how to dance or be flexible. We will move to the music with a continuous flow of our simple yet powerful poses. Each class will start with an intention and end with a relaxing cool down. No experience required. All levels and beliefs are welcome.
Based on the science of functional movement, CIRCL Mobility™ focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises to help move better, longer through gentle movements.

Posy is a small flower bouquet, typically given as a gift and carried or worn around the head or bodice. So…
Come snuggle with your little gift (suggested ages 0-9 months, able to carry them) and build a bond through movement. Expecting mothers are welcome, too.
Mix baby wearing and dancing for fun, laughs, bonding, and a good workout in our Posies Baby Wearing Dance Class! Most of the class will be movement and we’ll end with time to rest, feed, chat, and play before making the next transition of your day.
****Participants must have clearance from their doctor by the first class.***
No experience is necessary. This is an all levels, go at your own pace class with a focus on having fun with your baby and others experiencing the same things.

This mat class will focus on fundamentals of pilates to strengthen the core, support healthy alignment, and find stability in your body. It's a great low impact way to strengthen and lengthen muscles.
Got back pain? Have an old injury causing imbalance?

This low-impact, equipment-free workout to music will activate all your muscles, free your joints, and increase mobility.

Keeping it casual and fun, there will be a simple structure that incorporates stretching, coordination exercises, and finding your rhythm! Bonus benefits include increased flexibility, balance, dance appreciation, and strength. No experience is necessary. All levels are welcome!

GROOVE FUSION: *on hold Move your body to the beat of the music and express yourself. The music can take on a more jazzy feel or simple beats, be fast or slow, and you can do all the moves in a chair if you wanted! It’s whatever you want to bring to the dance floor.

Our Work IT class is all about tapping into your powerful confidence while you dance like your favorite pop stars of the 90s, 00s, and today.
If you’ve ever dreamed about being up on stage dancing with Britney, Christina, or Ariana, this class is for you.
Our Work IT class is inspired by cheerleader and music video style choreography. Every class will include a stretch, warm up, mini combos, and cool down along with full dance choreography.
All levels welcome, some experience may be helpful, but not required.

Learn a hip hop/jazz fusion number alongside your child in our Kid and their Adult Partner Choreo class and find your new fun activity to do together.
Each class will include a warm up/cool down, original choreography, the chance to contribute to the piece, and the choice to have an in class peer performance. Bonus benefits include showing each other you can step out of your comfort zone, increased confidence, a fun activity to work together on while creating memories, and meeting new people in a no pressure, fun atmosphere.

Get your heart rate up and hips moving, this dance cardio class works it all to a curated playlist that will help keep you moving with a fusion of hip hop, pop, latin and jazz. We’ll always include a warm up stretch and cool down, and leave plenty of time for water and laughter.
Everyone, every level is always welcome to join class but this one will be non stop movement for the majority of the hour. It’s still focused on fun. If you don’t get the steps, that’s okay - just keep moving and grooving.

Lyrical is the less structured version of ballet; a style that combines ballet and jazz dancing techniques performed to music with lyrics to evoke and express strong emotions. It focuses on personal approach and interpretation of such emotions as love, joy, hurt, or anger over the dancer’s precision of movement.

Learn basic footwork of swing dancing with special guest instructors, Phil and Patsy! As the series progresses, you’ll add turns and other patterns for fun partner combos that are sure to impress on the dance floor.

This class is all about having fun and moving your body to your favorite hip hop and pop songs over the decades.
Each week we will build up choreography to a song for the month. Don’t worry about missing a class, everything is follow along.
We will review basic hip hop steps and create fun movements and combinations from them.

Learn proper body placement, alignment, increase flexibility, enhance balance, and gain self-discipline and self-confidence in our fun ballet class.
We'll focus on barre and center floor work, along with across the floor combinations.
