For those who love to dance but think you can’t, are shy, the beginner, need extra move breakdowns or just want to do something for themselves...
We’ll show up and move our bodies safely with an emphasis on there being no “perfect” way to. This is a class for those less experienced or maybe a little uncomfortable moving with lots of people around but want to just move and have fun. Everyone is welcome though. You bring what you can to the dance floor.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Small group
Modifications and advancements/challenges
Slower pace, low impact (but you will feel it and sweat because that’s a good thing), always an option to step it up for hi-impact, non stop movement.
Moves broken down to understand the how and why as needed
A curated hit playlist
Mental exercise
A warm up, mid sculpt, and cooldown
Encouragement, Positive energy, Support, Laughter, and more.
*Please no street shoes. Clean shoes only; bare feet or grippy socks.
Main focus: Move your body at any level, take breaks when needed.
