$200 maximum of 10 kids

Time Options: 12-2pm or 2:30-4:30pm - times can be flexible

Example of party flow:

30 minute Movement - open studio or instructed

30 minute (pre-approved) Craft - party goers provide and/or studio provided wands

30 minute Activity - show, you must be able to set up a hot spot (no wifi at studio)

30 minute Party - presents, cake, snacks, etc.***all food and drinks must stay off the dance floor and only allowed in the "party area".

• All parties require a $50, non-refundable, deposit due at the time of booking. Deposit is required to hold the date and time.

• The given price for 10 kids in a party includes the birthday child(ren) and siblings.

• If you wish to have more time on one activity over another, you may. The order and activities can be adjusted within the 2 hours upon request.

• Parties that stay more than 10 minutes past their given time will automatically be charged an additional $25 room rental fee.

• Parties are allowed into the studio to set up no more than 30 minutes prior to their given time.

• All participants MUST have a current liability waiver on file. Invitations with the waiver on the back are provided, digitally and/or printed, to make this more convenient for you. If anyone in your party forgets to bring it, or doesn’t have one on file, please make sure a parent/guardian is there to fill out a liability waiver with the studio staff.

• Parties take place on select Saturdays between 12-4:30pm depending on availability. Parties book quickly so please plan ahead and call early.

• Occasionally we can hold parties on a Friday night or Sunday upon request; these parties are not always available.

Please note our studio is a small business with limited time and staff. We ask that you do your best to finish your party on time so that we may clean up and close down in a timely manner.
