Lengthen your body, stretch your muscles, and get your energy flowing to the instrumental versions of timeless and well known songs. This class is where asana (poses) meet dance but don’t worry you don’t need to know how to dance or be flexible. We will move to the music with a continuous flow of our simple yet powerful poses. Each class will start with an intention and end with a relaxing cool down. No experience required. All levels and beliefs are welcome.
