Come snuggle with your little gift (suggested ages 0-9 months, able to carry them) and build a bond through movement. Expecting mothers are welcome, too.
Mix baby wearing, dancing, fitness, laughs, and bonding for a fun way to workout in our Posies Baby Wearing Baby Group! Most of the class will be movement and we’ll end with time to rest, feed, chat, and play before making the next transition of your day.
****Participants must have clearance from their doctor by the first class.***
No experience is necessary. This is an all levels, go at your own pace class with a focus on having fun with your baby and others experiencing the same things. We keep things casual with no pressure.
