Week 2: Strengthen Without Strain - Guided movements for stability & strength. - Take home a safe and effective home exercise plan.
Week 3: Empower Your Daily Routine - Time-efficient exercises and habit-building strategies. - Goal Setting for your year of success.
Space is limited - Small groups will allow for that personalized plan you can take with you.
