  • I've been dancing my whole life! I took classes as kid at a local community center. When I went to college I took a few classes for fun, then eventually switched my major to a BFA in dance! I've been taking pilates classes since college, and have taught on and off for the past 10ish years.

  • In college I took a dance intensive with some guest teachers. That was the first moment I realized people do this professionally. That teacher was a huge influence and believed in me. That's really what set me off on the path to train more intensively and pursue dance as more than a hobby. Pilates just came as a natural progression. It's so beneficial to movers and non-movers and I love that.

  • Dancing mostly, and training and caring for my dogs.

  • dark greens usually. Deep burgundy is a close 2nd

  • haha - save up more money for the future ;-)

  • Took the time to connect and listen to a friend - we're so busy all the time- it's important to stop and really hear each other.

  • playing (all ages should play), being ridiculous, moving my body
