Grand Re-Opening Class Line Up

Starting at 2pm, Marimo Team Fun will be at the studio for questions, donation drop off, raffle tickets, light refreshments, and more.

Classes will start at 2:15pm and continue every 20 minutes or so through the line up. Take one or all.

Lindsy will be walking around to answer any questions and offering free wellness evaluations from 2-4pm.

    We’ll show up and move our bodies with an emphasis on there being no “perfect” way to. With our follow along format and upbeat vibes, this dance party is sure to get you moving and grooving. Take the breaks you need (or not) but just move and have fun. Everyone is welcome. You bring what you want to the dance floor.

    Posy is a small flower bouquet, typically given as a gift and carried or worn around the head or bodice. So…

    Come snuggle with your little gift (suggested ages 0-9 months, able to carry them) and build a bond through movement. Expecting mothers are welcome, too.

    Mix baby wearing and dancing for fun, laughs, bonding, and a good workout in our Posies Baby Wearing Dance Class! Most of the class will be movement and we’ll end with time to rest, feed, chat, and play before making the next transition of your day.

    ****Participants must have clearance from their doctor by the first class.***

    No experience is necessary. This is an all levels, go at your own pace class with a focus on having fun with your baby and others experiencing the same things.

  • This mat class will focus on fundamentals of pilates to strengthen the core, support healthy alignment, and find stability in your body. It's a great low impact way to strengthen and lengthen muscles.
